Positive: - Kind and friendly host - Very clean, modern room - Quick communication with host - Water left daily

Negative: - Not in the best location as there is nothing around it, grab and TikTok drivers haven’t really heard of the location so need directing - Windows let in a lot of noise, was woken up early every morning by barking dogs or children playing, not really the hotels fault though

Positive: The location of JAG Homes is great in central Puerto but its quiet and I didnt hear any street noise. There is even a green forest behind the house. I liked the comfortable bed and cleanliness of the room. It had an aircon but I liked to sleep with the window open. The owner was kind, very accomodating and the check in and check out were easy, as well as the digital communication.

Positive: Very Priceworthy stay!

Negative: First the host asked us (a day before the stay) to cancel because he doesn't have space, although we booked - he then retracted that statement. Then we booked a van to port Barton with the host. The van never turned up and after waiting for 1 ½ h we decided to leave.

Positive: I like the overall accomodation. It's very clean, comfortable to stay, the staff was nice. Our requests/favors were granted. The building is new. I highly recommend it to others. Also, the price is just right.

Negative: The road leading to the accomodation is rough, not cemented.

Positive: Communication with our hosts before our arrival was good and we were given clear instructions on how to find the property. For our one night stay the location was great- just off the main road down a quiet track but near to restaurants, shops and a mini bus company that we used for our onward journey. The room was clean Wi-Fi worked well.
